NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING
1. SWEEPSTAKES INTERVALS

Sweepstakes begins on the first day of each month and ends on the last day of each month, at midnight, Pacific Time.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR OUR PROMOTION/SWEEPSTAKES

3. ELIGIBILITY Entrants must be legal Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province and must be registered with Thomas Hook Communications for at least one month prior to the drawing and with a minimum balance of five dollars, paid in due time. Employees of Thomas Hook Communications Inc., its affiliates, marketing partners, suppliers, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, spouse, including any other person residing in the same household) of such persons, are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes. All federal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Participation in this Sweepstakes requires contestant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Participants who do not comply with these rules are subject to disqualification.

4. PRIZES
The prizes will be announced, on a monthly basis, to Thomas Hook Communications Inc. customers by email, mail or on this website. 5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

On each 15th day of the month, a computerized random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee, to select one (1) or more entries from all eligible entries. The Sponsor or its representative will attempt to contact each selected entrant by phone, once per day for five (5) business days. If any of the selected entrants can not be contacted after five (5) business days, or is contacted but is determined to be ineligible, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, or unable or unwilling to comply with these rules, that selected entrant will be disqualified and another name will be drawn. This process may be repeated until each prize is assigned to a certain winner.

6. HOW AN ENTRANT CAN BE DECLARED A WINNER
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone, at a time mutually convenient for the entrant and Sponsor or promotional agent of Sponsor.

7. RELEASE
Within fourteen days of receipt thereof, the selected entrant will be required to sign and return the Sweepstakes Sponsor's declaration and release form confirming compliance with Sweepstakes Rules and acceptance of prizes as offered; acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsor, its agents, and the prize suppliers in respect to injuries, accident, loss or misfortune relating to the Sweepstakes or the awarding or use of the prize; and, except where prohibited, acknowledging the Sponsor's and its agents', subsidiaries' or affiliates' right to publish or broadcast the winner's name, without further compensation other than the prize offered.

8. ERRORS, ETC.
The Sponsor extends absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of the prize. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the electronic portion of the Sweepstakes, including canceling any method of entry, and randomly select the winner from previously received entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to amend the terms of this Sweepstakes without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules.

9. MISCELLANEOUS
Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, whether in cash or otherwise, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Prize will only be awarded to verified winner. All decisions of the Sponsor or their authorized representatives are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
